MOVE Competition was a huge success:
Soloist Devan received a High Gold in the Adult Jazz Division as well as coming in 1st place overall in the Adult Division.

Soloist Perry received a Gold and came in 6th in the Senior Contemporary Division- age 15

Soloist Cerina received a High Gold and came in 4th in the Senior Contemporary Division- age 17

Urban Beat's "If we Ever Meet Again" received a Gold in the Large Group Hip Hop Division- age 11 and 9th overall in the Junior division. 

Urban Beat's "Higher/Crazy Girl" received a High Gold in the large group hip hop division- age 11 and 7th overall in the Junior Division. 

Urban Vibe's "Nothing on Me" received a Gold and a 2nd place in the small group hip hop division- age 14

Urban Vibe's "Swagger" received a Gold and a 1st place in the small group hip hop division- age 14

The Prestige Junior's "In the Still of the Night" received a Gold and a 2nd place in the small group lyrical division- age 14

The Prestige Junior's "Eyes on Fire" received a Gold and a 2nd place in the small group contemporary division- age 14

The Prestige Senior's "Sound of Silence" received a Gold and 6th place overall in the Senior Division.

The Prestige Senior's "Someone like You" received a Gold and a 4th place overall in the Senior Division.

The Prestige Jr/Sr's "Fever" received a Gold and a 5th place overall in the Senior Division. 

About The Dance Factory!

 The Dance Factory is an independent program that leases space from the Ballet Northwest Academy at 1144 Willagillespie Rd Suite 4 (Delta Triad Center). Our principal focus is teaching new and developing dancers in our open classes and hosting company classes for our five amazing performance companies with dancers ranging from ages 10-28 years of age. 

 These companies are: 

 Urban Beat, Urban Vibe, The Prestige Junior and the acclaimed 18+ companies Urban Pulse and The Prestige Senior.  The companies predominantly perform jazz and hip hop dance with a range of fusion styles in between from the Charleston to lyrical jazz.

 For those who dance at The Dance Factory, dance is a means of expression, release and joy. Dancing promotes energy and unity. Our passion is to share the joy of dance and performance to others in the community.
