1- How do I register my student for an "open to public class?" We will be having an Open House on Sunday Sept. 11th from 4-5pm. Come and greet all of our teachers and register for fall classes. Drinks and snacks will be provided! If you cannot make it to the Open House, come a few minutes early to the class you would like to register for. Fill out the registration/liability form in the studio with the front desk staff and write a check or submit cash to pay. All students under 18 MUST have a parent/guardian signature to participate. If you are over 18 you may sign for yourself. (Sorry we don't take credit cards). No need to call or e-mail in advance. Simply show up a little early and talk directly to the front desk staff. Since we are a small business, all payments and registrations occur in class before class hours. 2- When are class fees due? If you choose not to pay by the semester, tuition must be paid on or before the first day of class each month. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. Sorry, credit is not given for missed classes. Payment must be by check or cash. 3- Are there recital costume fees? Costumes generally cost between $40 to $80 and must be paid in February, 2012. Sorry, costumes cannot be ordered unless your account balance is paid. We are not able to return costumes, thus no refunds will be given if your child chooses not to or is unable to perform in the recital. Our annual recital is scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd, 2012. 4- Can I mail my payment in? Yes, you may mail your checks to our PO Box at: Eugene Dance Factory PO Box 1534 Springfield, OR 97477 Or you can drop off payments in our drop box located in the studio. 5- Where do I go to take dance classes? Starting Sept. 12th we will be holding classes at the beautiful BNWA facility which is located at 1144 Willagillespie Rd Suite 4. 6- Can I have the registration/liability form now to print out and bring in on my first day of class? Yes, we'd love for you to plan ahead and do that. You can find it under the link to Class Schedule. Click on it directly to enlarge, then print out at home to bring in with you on your first day of class. |
